Liability
Precision ECU LLC. assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury or loss arising from the use of its products or services. All tuned, modified ECUs are considered for off-road use only. By purchasing services and products through this web site you acknowledge that you have the necessary knowledge and equipment to diagnose and repair cars. We reserve the right to refuse selling of any products or services for any reason. We assume no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss during shipment. If you are shipping an item over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping and purchasing shipping insurance

Warranty
Tangible items sold through this site have 1 one-year warranty (delivery date indicated by tracking), with no mileage restrictions. Warranty does not apply to: services, keys, downloadable software products, shipping, labor to remove and install modules, towing, storage fees and any other charges. You can replace up to 2 modules under the warranty. Warranty does not cover modules damaged by improper installation, exposure to water or fire, insufficient or excessive electric current and/or voltage (defective coils, injectors, O2 sensors, wiring), abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. If any security seals are tampered with, the warranty will be voided. We assume no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss during shipment. If you are shipping an item over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping and purchasing shipping insurance. You can ship on your own or use our shipping label. Technical Support 
All products and services sold through this site come with 30 day, free technical support. Technical support is through email only. We do not provide telephone support. To open the support ticket contact us at support@precisionecu.com

Returns and Refunds
Returns apply to tangible items only (non-returnable items: services, keys, downloadable software products, etc.). Returns are accepted for 30 days (delivery date indicated by tracking). Returns are accepted for any reason (testing, misdiagnosis, changed my mind). Returned items cannot be damaged by improper installation, exposure to water or fire, insufficient or excessive electric current and/or voltage, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. Refunds for returns carry a $150 or 28% restock fee (whichever is greater). Shipping costs for returns are not refundable. We assume no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss during shipment. If you are shipping an item over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping and purchasing shipping insurance. Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel any order that was not yet processed and shipped to you. Cancellation fee is 3% on the entire order (we have to charge you this as selling/processing fees are not refundable). To cancel an order contact us at support@precisionecu.com.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank, credit card company, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, etc. We process refunds within 1 day but it takes some time for your payment handler to process the refund.
