Returns apply to tangible items only (non-returnable items: services, keys, downloadable software products, etc.). Returns are accepted for 30 days (delivery date indicated by tracking). Returns are accepted for any reason (testing, misdiagnosis, changed my mind). Returned items cannot be damaged by improper installation, exposure to water or fire, insufficient or excessive electric current and/or voltage, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. Refunds for returns carry a $150 or 28% restock fee (whichever is greater). Shipping costs for returns are not refundable. We assume no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss during shipment. If you are shipping an item over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping and purchasing shipping insurance. Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel any order that was not yet processed and shipped to you. Cancellation fee is 3% on the entire order (we have to charge you this as selling/processing fees are not refundable). To cancel an order contact us at support@precisionecu.com.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank, credit card company, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, etc. We process refunds within 1 day but it takes some time for your payment handler to process the refund.
