Returns and Refunds

Returns apply to tangible goods only. Returns are accepted for 30 days after receiving the item as indicated by tracking. Returned items cannot be damaged by improper installation, exposure to water or fire, insufficient or excessive electric current and/or voltage, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. Returns are accepted for any reason (testing, misdiagnosis, changed my mind). We assume no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss during shipment. If you are shipping an item over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping and purchasing shipping insurance.

Non-returnable items: services, keys, downloadable software products.

Refunds apply to tangible goods only. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund you minus $150 restocking fee and any shipping costs related to the transaction.

Non-refundable items: shipping charges, customs duties, towing fees, labor charges, storage charges, rental car charges, loss of income or for any reason other than the actual physical item you purchased.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank, credit card company, PayPal, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay, etc. We process refunds  within 1 day but it takes some time for your payment handler to process the refund.

In order to exchange defective product you have to request assistance via Support. The technical advisor will help you solve any issues or process an exchange if necessary.

Cancellation fee is 3% on entire order (we have to charge you this as selling/processing fees are not refundable).
